Digital Skills Instructor

As a Digital Skills Instructor, you’ll empower seniors and tech-challenged individuals with tailored, hands-on training. You’ll design and deliver personalized sessions covering digital skills like computer basics, email, internet use, social media, and smartphone/tablet navigation. Working with the Technical Training Lead, you’ll adapt your teaching methods to meet client needs and provide ongoing support, follow-up sessions, and troubleshooting to reinforce learning.

Community Outreach Coordinator

The Community Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for building strong relationships with local communities, senior living centers, and other organizations. You will plan and organize workshops, informational sessions, and events to raise awareness of our services. You will also develop marketing materials, engage with potential clients, and track the success of outreach initiatives. 

Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will drive the growth of TechEase Elderly Solution Ltd. by identifying and engaging potential clients. You will reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and community events, presenting our personalized tech support services and ensuring clients’ needs are met. You will manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.

Technology Specialist

Technology Specialists will provide expert technical support to clients, ensuring smooth operation of their devices. You will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install necessary software updates, and educate clients on best practices for device maintenance. You will also stay updated on the latest tech trends to provide informed recommendations.

Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant will support TechEase’s marketing efforts, including creating content for social media, helping design promotional materials, and organizing events. You will assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and ensuring that all marketing materials are prepared and distributed effectively.

Network and Web Technician

The Network and Web Technician will manage and maintain TechEase’s technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance for both staff and clients. You will configure hardware/software, monitor network systems, and implement best practices for data security. You will also assist with maintaining the Company’s website, ensuring it’s user-friendly and informative.
